Since 1913 our family has put its own name on the businesses it runs: a tradition of serious work, keeping one's word and responsibility towards people. Real estate is our latest chapter, but the way we approach it comes from exactly there.

Bechis & Partners does not want to be a mere showcase of properties. It is a team of professionals who put expertise, listening and relationships at the service of every client.
The agency is led by Alberto Bechis, licensed real estate agent and founder of Bechis ADV, the group's strategy and communication agency. That is where our way of working comes from: strategy first, then execution, with the same care a brand puts into presenting itself.
