Data we process

The data you enter in our forms (name, email, phone, message and, where relevant, information on the property or on your search) and the technical data collected by the servers that run the website (IP address, date and time, page requested), used for security. The website does not use profiling or analytics cookies.

Purposes and legal basis

Replying to your requests and providing the services you ask for: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Managing any resulting professional relationship and legal obligations, including tax and anti-money-laundering rules (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c).
Website security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).

We do not send marketing communications without your specific consent and we do not sell your data.

Retention

Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and, if no relationship follows, for up to 24 months. Data relating to mandates and sales are kept for the periods required by law (generally 10 years).

Recipients

Authorised staff and, as data processors, our hosting and email providers. Where needed for your request, and with you informed, professionals involved in the transaction (notaries, surveyors, mortgage advisors). Transfers outside the EU, if any, rely on GDPR safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR) by writing to segreteria@bechispartners.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
