Selling: real questions.
How much does it cost to sell with you?
The valuation is free. Our commission is a percentage of the sale price, agreed in writing before we start, and is due only if the sale is concluded thanks to our work. Any extras, such as a professional video, are agreed in advance.
Can I sell a property I inherited in Italy?
Yes, once the succession declaration has been filed. At the deed the notary also checks that the acceptance of the inheritance has been registered. We tell you straight away which documents are missing.
I live abroad: can I sell remotely?
Yes. We handle viewings, updates and paperwork, and you can sign through a power of attorney if you cannot attend the deed in person.
